KYC and User Verification: We collect KYC information and perform identity verification of any issuer of the new XAUk cryptocurrency. We also collect KYC and user data of any entity requesting to burn XAUk cryptocurrency

No Cookies or Tracking: We do not use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies for analytics, marketing, or any purpose beyond facilitating transactions.

Facilitate Transactions: Process and complete your cryptocurrency minting, trading, exchanging, swapping, or burning, including transferring assets between wallet addresses and recording transactions on the blockchain.

Ensure Security: Protect against fraud, unauthorized access, or other malicious activities during the transaction process.

Compliance: Comply with all the identification, KYC, AML, Sanctions and other applicable regulations.

We do not use your information for marketing, analytics, or any purpose beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the Services.

3. Blockchain Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains, which are transparent and immutable by design. Information such as wallet addresses and transaction details may be publicly visible and cannot be deleted. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of information recorded on blockchains.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your information except in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: With third-party providers (e.g., gold vaults, security, insurance providers, blockchain nodes or transaction processors) strictly necessary to facilitate your cryptocurrency transactions, under strict confidentiality agreements.

Protection of Rights: To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public, in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity.

We retain KYC and AML relevant information, as well as publicly available information after completion of the transactions. Due to the nature of blockchain technology, transaction data recorded on public blockchains is permanent and cannot be deleted.
